We are located by West Point and Stewart Air Base so this is a recurring
situation for us. During the Gulf War we came up with a policy that once we
received documentation from the student (ie copy of orders) we refunded 100%
under a special military active duty policy. The student must follow through
with their advisor to do official withdrawl form for the Registrar's Office.
