We are looking at revising the supplemental information that is
sent out along with the 1098-T forms for the Hope and Lifetime
Learning tax credits. If anyone is willing to share, please fax
a sample to me.

Also, if anyone is outsourcing the issuance of 1098-T's to an
outside party, I would appreciate knowing the company, the
advantages/disadvantages, costs, etc.
