RE: banking alternatives

I have worked diligently over the past 18 months to improve the services
available to our students, faculty and staff. I have been successful in
establishing group banking programs with two national banks that have
offices within a mile of our campus. They provide no-charge checking and
many other discounted services. Credit cards designed for college students
are made available as well. We also have a long time relationship with the
Educational Community Credit Union. We negotiated with one of the banks to
install an ATM on campus in the student center. Since we have a relatively
small campus (approx 1600 undergraduates) building a relationship with the
banks was important to secure the service our students need.

I hope this helps.

karen,

1) we do not have a bank on campus but a credit union just off-campus.

2) a local bank has an ATM located in our student center.
