Just to summarize, I received a total of 23 responses. All but two
schools release transcripts and permit registration consistent with Pat
Piper's response that summarized the issues so well (thank you, Pat).
Also, nearly all the schools remarked they required payment in full from
students in bankruptcy for a future semesters attendance.
