RE: Books charged to Tuition accounts

Winthrop University does contract out to Follett for textbook supplies
to students. Winthrop allows students to charge books to their account
only if they are given a "book voucher" by a staff member in the
Controller's area. Book vouchers are provided to those students whose
total payments and financial aid exceed their total charges.

Subject: Books charged to Tuition accounts

Hi List mates,

Our Financial Aid Director has informed me that we are the only school
(that she knows of) that does not allow students to charge their books
to their tuition account. (We contract out to Follette.)

Would you mind replying back to me with just a do or don't so we don't
clutter the list serve and I will report a final total, if you would
like to know.

Thanks for your help,

Julie Thomas
