RE: Federal Work Study Checks

Did I miss something?? I have constantly been told by the Financial Aid
Director that we can not make the student apply their college work study
check to their account. But!! we allow them to register based on the
college work study money going toward their accout balance. Does anyone
have the regulations and/or documentation where the USDOE sanctions the
process of "authorization or direct deposit to their account. I can use to
persuade the FA Director and VP of Finance that we need to implement this
process come fall registration. I would also like to see a sample of the
authorization forms of those schools who are practicing this process.

Thank you for responding to a desperate need for a solution to one of our
many problems.
