Laura,

1.How many weeks prior to the start of the fall semester do you send the
First Freshman Bill?

We send all Fall semester bills 6 weeks prior to the start date.

2.Do you send out any other financial planning information IE
worksheets,
monthly payment plan information, supplemental loan information? When?

Our Out-of-Pocket Calculation sheet is sent by Financial Aid with the
initial Financial Aid award. Payment Plan info is sent by TMS in late
April (we provide a list of new and returning students). Our payment
plan starts June 1. Supplemental loan information is sent by Financial
Aid as requested.

3.Do you prevent the student from attending fall classes if their fall
balance is not paid in full?

Students have one week to settle their accounts. They are charged a $50
late fee after one week and again after two weeks. I then cancel
students for nonpayment. We include expected financial aid as payment
as long as the student has turned in everything needed to disburse their
aid and provided us with a preapproval for any loans that are not
guaranteed.
