The first bill (a "preliminary" bill) is mailed out the end of July to all
registered incoming freshmen and returning students, with payment due August
15. Included with the preliminary bill are all of our payment options with
the
appropriate forms for each and also a payment worksheet that commits the
parents to selecting the payment type for the term. We do not prevent the
students from attending fall classes if their fall balance is not paid in
full.
We do however prevent them from attending if they have a prior term balance
that is greater than $100.
