Hello,
Portland Community College used Transworld Systems Inc for a few years up
until 1995. We used them for their dunning letter service, and had no
complaints. The reason we discontinued their service was that we were able
to set up an internal process to handle the mailings at a considerably
lower cost with similar results. I know that their service has evolved
since then so our experience would not be representative of what could be
expected today.
More recently we have looked at other agencies who have offered their
services on a per account basis. We conducted breakeven analysis to
determine how much they would need to collect in order to come out above
the commission based brokers. At this point we're still using only
commission based agencies.
