Mark your calendar, and plan now to attend the Direct Loan Conference from
March 7 to 9, 2001, in Houston, Texas. We have reserved a block of rooms at
the conference site, the Westin Galleria and Oaks Hotel, at a special

This year's Direct Loan Conference provides a program specifically tailored
