Gotta a couple 'simple' questions, I hope ...
Who cancels students for non-payment, how do you handle it and
when (timing) do you cancel?
If you do cancel, how many do you end up cancelling and how
many ends up being reinstated?
If you do not cancel, what are some safeguard measures that you
use to tackle those that do not pay? Do you use special wording
when they register, holding them responsible for payment? Do
they sign something?
Who 'holds' (blocks) students from registering if they have
outstanding debts?
