Purdue University Calumet is very happy in our relationship with the FACTS
Tuition Management Company. This is our first semester with our
co-partnership with FACTS.
The management and support staff team at FACTS have been very
responsive and
attentive to our concerns and challenges in changing over from an in-house
program
to an external provider.
In addition, we have implemented an electronic payment plan
application over
the web
with our partners at FACTS. The implementation of the FACTS payment plan
program has been a success in reducing the lines at the cashier windows

Good morning,
Currently, De Paul University manages and internal 9 month payment plan for
our families. We have approximately 1000 families on the plan.
Unfortunately, since our conversion to People Soft and the inability to
bill our plan through People Soft the process is not working very well! In
preparation for next year I am looking at Facts Management. Has anyone had
any experience with the program? How has it worked for your institution?
