If financial aid is disbursing fall term's financial aid after registration
has began for the following term, do you deduct the amount due for tuition
to include the new term's registration amount due? The Blue Book states that
tuition and fees are allowable charges not requiring an authorization and
restricts the use of prior year charges which do require an authorization. I
see nothing definitive about tuition debt incurred for an upcoming term.
