Suzanne:

We attempt getting a note signed prior to the pre-registration period for
the next semester. Also, when a student separates from the university we
have them sign a note. Do we get them 100% of the time NO, but we try.

Also, there is a statement on the registration card (right above the
signature line) that states: "My signature below means I accept financial
responsibility for my CLU enrollment in accordance with University policy."

If you send your FAX number, I will forward a copy of our promissory note.
