We have three different types of promissory notes. One is a "short
form" that we use for students who can register on the strength of their
financial aid, meaning that it is not necessary for them to pay a
deposit since their financial aid covers all charges. We use this
because the tuition deposit is non-refundable after they register and we
will charge the account for the $500 if they withdraw. The second kind
of note is specifically for unpaid accounts that are to be paid by
financial aid that is not yet completed. The final note is just a
promissory note that we can use to set forth a payment arrangement. I
would be happy to provide faxed copies if they would be of any use.
