Subject: Promissory Notes for Tuition

When litigating unpaid tuition accounts, we have problems collecting
collection fees because the student has not signed a promissory note. Does
anyone have their student's sign a promissory note for tuition? If so,
could you send me a copy of the note and also indicate at what point the
student's sign it (ie through admissions). Thank you.
