We do not require international students to pay in advance. It would seem
to be discriminatory to require one group of students to pay in advance and
not have the same requirements for all students. On the other hand, with
13% of our student population being international, I understand and agree
with the concerns raised. For those of you who do require payment up front,
has anyone ever claimed that they were being discriminated against?
