Students from Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, or Thailand may be
eligible for an interest-free loan from ASIA-HELP, a program run by IIE. 
Further info is available at http://www.iie.org/asiahelp/guides.htm.  The
school must agree to grant/loan to the student at least as much as
ASIA-HELP does.
