ArialHi all,
ArialWe are just starting to review the impact
of this change in the regulations to determine what changes we may need
to make in our refund policy. Could all you folks out there who have
made this decision, please respond to the list.
ArialThanks

Arial0000,0000,8080Return
of Title IV Funds
ArialPrevious to reauthorization on the return
of Title IV funds, we have had a
Arialfederal refund policy and a Pro Rate for
1st Time borrowers. Under the new
Arialregulations, the return of Title IV funds
operates independently of the
Arialinstitutions own refund policy. My
questions are as follows:
ArialAre most institutions using one refund
policy now for all students?
ArialIs the school refund policy at all in
line with the percentages of unused
ArialTitle IV funds - or will you bill the
student for the difference in the
Arialschool policy and the percentage you must
return to the Title IV programs???
ArialHas any institution started using this
new formula, or are you waiting until
Arialthe fall of 2000??
ArialI would appreciate hearing from
you.
ArialThank you.
