ArialOur school quit using outside payment plans because it was confusing to both the parents and the student accounts staff. The staff was constantly in the middle and it was easier to manage the payment plan in house. We have been doing that now for about 5 years without any problems. ArialWe reviewed AMS also but the major selling point for us was the "unemployment insurance" option - however, it would only be available if we used AMS exclusively and did not have ANY in-house payment plans. That would not work for us because we have rolling admission. ArialWe reviewed AES and their plan looked good because we could still maintain our records in house. ArialHope this helps some.
