Colleagues,
We are recruiting to fill a position in the Endowment and Income
Fund Reimbursable unit at the University at Buffalo. Specific information
follows:
The University at Buffalo desires to hire an accountant (P-0148) to maintain
computerized budget files, prepare various reports and financial analysis,
reconcile financial activity and develop queries from the UB InfoSource data
warehouse.
Required is a baccalaureate degree with a major in accounting and one year
of accounting work experience. The candidate must be proficient with
Microsoft Windows, Access, Excel and Word. Excellent oral and written
communication skills and attention to detail are required. Desirable
qualifications include work experience in a university setting and
familiarity with a budget process.
