The University of Kansas is exploring the option of outsourcing our Perkins
loans. If you would please take time out of your busy schedule to answer a
few questions, we would be very grateful.

* What are the advantages and disadvantages of using a servicer?
* Why did you decide to outsource?
* Would you be willing to share your RFP?
7) If no, have you ever looked at outsourcing and if so, why did you decide
not to go that route?
