The University of Delaware processes direct deposit refunds. Any
student, with a credit on their account, may request one. If they
request one before the credit is actually on their account, they will
receive an e-mail message each time we run the refund program,
indicating their account doesn't have a credit. However, their request
will continue to be submitted each time the program runs. The student
requests the refund via a web based form. There is a drop down menu of
banks and routing numbers. They select the appropriate bank and enter
their account number. This information is then stored for subsequent
use. The next time the student requests a Direct Deposit Refund, they
will validate the bank information or they will change it.
