Drew University has been using Key Resources for payment plans. I have
been working with them for 4 years now and have had an good experience.
They are very school friendly and are very willing to work with you and
meet your school's individual needs.
They now have enabled schools to access their accounts on-line. This has
made communication easier between parent, school, and Key easier. We can
access the same information without playing phone tag. We can also request
reports, such as new accounts and delinquent accounts. These reports are
requested on-line and my experience so far has been positive. The reports
are available immediately. A new feature that is available is the ability
to set up payment plans on-line.
