Diane:
You must first determine whether or not the loan that was turned over to
DOE has been paid in full. Initially, we would deny the transcript until
the student could prove to our satisfaction the obligation has been
satisfied.
Secondly, you must satisfy yourself that the obligation was not discharged
in Bankruptcy or that a bankruptcy is not active.
If the obligation is still valid, deny the transcript.
