We are wanting to implement a toll free number for the Bursar's Office. The
University of Colorado at Boulder has 26,000 students and approximately 35%
of these are out-of-state students.
If applicable, could you share what it costs your office for a toll free
number on an annual basis? Please also share your enrollment numbers, as
well as the percentage of students that are non-residents.
