At National University, we are called Student Business Services.
This includes the student accounts office, accounts receivable, collections
for tuition and Perkins, cashier, etc. We are overseen by the Controller.
Our titles vary from student accounts officer, collections advisor, refund
coordinator,
cashier, collections specialist, etc.
