Please direct this message to the department or person who handles
transportation for your student body.

My Director of Physical Plant (who is also in charge of our vehicle fleet)
heard at a seminar that a new law will kick in October of 2002 that will
not allow us to transport students in 15-passenger vans. I would like to
find out more about this law -- has it been signed? Is it a state or
federal law? Is it final or is it being disputed? Any direction as to
where I could find more info???

Any help would be appreciated.
