If there is anyone on the list who uses SCT's SIS 1.18 who
has made an Administrative Correction on screen 40A and had
problems in using this procedure please contact me either
by e-mail or phone at 1-800-888-7214. We are seeking a fix
for a problem encountered in using this screen. Screen
409, 406 and 408 show the correct student account balance
once a manual correction is made. However, when statements
are generated each month, they reflect an incorrect account
balance.
