Hi Everyone,

We have a defaulted National Direct Student Loan account that has been
recalled from a collection agency due to non payment. While doing an
address trace through the credit bureau a message "Date of Death 6/96"
appeared. How do we go about getting a death certificate on this borrower
when we can not find his last place of residence?
