                Touchtone since August 1999.
Web will be installed Feb 2000 with a go-live date in April.

More students are paying by credit card, but that may be a
trend not
necessarily associated with our offering of touchtone
payment. We
have seen an increase in use over time, but nothing very
dramatic.
We started taking credit cards in January 1998 and realized
a 134%
increase in revenue collected via cards when comparing the
second half of
the year to the first half. After that, things leveled out
some. The 3rd
six-month period usage increased only 19%. Then we added
Touchtone
credit card payments and saw another increase of 30% for the
last 6-month
period ending Dec. 31st, 1999. Not conclusive that
Touchtone has made
any impact on the student's habits.

                No.

> or Cashnet or a homegrown system:
> Touchtone ___
> Web ______
                CASHNet Touchtone
                CASHNet Web (in April)

> 5) Do you charge any service fees for using technology? If so, how
> much?
No. Our Admin. & Finance division pays the discount fee as
a cost
                of doing business.

We would like to see the end results of your survey.
Thanks. :)
