Direct Lending Reconciliation, Years 1, 2 & 3

This message is directed to Colleges that were in the Direct Lending Program
for years one, two and three.

Can you please review the questions below and respond back to me?

* Did you have difficulty reconciling your loans to the Department of
Ed records for years 1, 2 and 3?

* Did you experience problems with the Loan Origination Center?

* Was the Loan Origination Center able to locate all your Colleges'
records after their move to Montgomery? Were some of your records in both
Montgomery and Utica?

* For Direct Lending Years 1, 2 & 3, have you received a "final"
letter from the Department of Ed detailing Booked and Unbooked Loans and the
Draws for your College?

* If your Draws exceeded your Booked Loans, did you receive a "bill"
from the Department of Ed with a specified "due date"?

* Are you satisfied with the results of the loan reconciliation
process for Years 1,2 & 3?
