Credit Card Usage and Automated Payments

For those of you who offer touchtone or web payments, I'd like to get
your experience in the impact on the credit card discount fees.

1) How long have you offered each of these options?
           a) Touchtone?
           b) Web?

2) Have more students paid by credit card because of these options? If
so, what percent increase have you noticed?

3) Do you use Address Verification Software? If so, what percent
provide the accurate data?

4) What software do you use to receive these payments, such as Banner
or Cashnet or a homegrown system:
        Touchtone ___
        Web ______

5) Do you charge any service fees for using technology? If so, how
much?

6) Comments:

I will be happy to compile the answers and send them back to the list in
