We require the student's authorization before we will talk about specifics
with anyone other than the student. There is an authorization section on the
back of the bill that the student may fill out, or they can simply write us a
letter granting authorization to talk to their parents or whomever about
their student account. (Students are expected to sign and return their bill
to our office whether or not they owe any money, so having it on the bill
makes it easy for students to do).
