Hi, Linda.
At Ohio State University, we have an in-house payment plan. Over
the past 5 years or so, we've had at least one presentation from
TMS. They looked ok, but we chose to stay with our in-house plan
because of customer service issues. They said they would handle
calls, etc. but our concern was that they wouldn't be able to answer
the questions our students/parents had, so we would still get calls in
our call center.
