Hi all!

Ok, I've put this off as long as I could. We will send statements to our
students for Hope Scholarship and Lifetime Learning credits. We should
only include those payments ACTUALLY made in 1999, right? For instance, is
someone paid there fees on 12/28/99 for the quarter that starts 1/5/2000,
that's eligible, correct?
