Subject: bursar-l: Datatel schools e-refund/e-check
Good morning:
For those schools out there on Datatel, who is using the e-check/e-refund module for handling student refunds? If you are, would you answer the following? Thanks in advance.
Has the process overall been a positive one compared to generating paper checks?
How are you collecting the student banking information and then entering into Datatel?
Is the actual process within Datatel the same for the Bursar’s office? In other words are you still using RFND? Any changes there?
What happens with any transactions that “bounce back”?
