bursar-l: Yellow Ribbon Funding

For Schools that are currently participating in the Yellow Ribbon Initiative:

1) Have any schools received any funding from the Yellow Ribbon Initiative?

2) How are schools handling the refunds of student loans for students that have been verified and are eligible for Yellow Ribbon funding YET the funding for this program has not been processed and remitted to the school?

It seems that there are many different ways that schools are handling this situation of this new initiative.
