I would like to pose a question of those institutions with enrollments of 11,000+ students:
How many individual staff members do you have whose sole responsibility is due diligence and collection of delinquent accounts? Our initial scope is student accounts, but please feel free to include third party/contract accounts as well if that is applicable.
