I am curious, for those institutions that release funds before the beginning of the term, how do you handle the return of TIV funds when the student drops or withdraws from classes?

Hi All.
At Monroe Community College, we begin issuing refunds of excess aid about 6 weeks into the semester (after we do a drop for non-attendance). Most of the refunds will be mailed that week, but we will continue issuing refunds on a bi-weekly basis as additional aid is paid.
Happy Thursday.

I'm curious as to how other schools disburse their student refunds. Does your school disburse most refunds on one day or do you disburse them in daily batches until you have them all processed?

Thanks!
