bursar-l: Banner ACH Refunds

Hello -

Are there any Banner schools using "Evisions" that are sending $0.00
pre-notes for student ACH refunds? We are in the process of testing ACH
student refunds and are being told that this will cause the check run
process to abort. We use this function already for ACH A/P payments and
they have tried to send pre-notes in the past and this caused a problem.

If you are; how do you avoid causing a check run issue?
