We were wondering if there are any Banner schools out there who have purchased an address cleansing package. If so, I'd appreciate help with a few questions about the company you selected.

1. Which company do you use?

2. When did you implement?

3. Have you seen a reduction in returned mail since then?

4. What features do you like?

5. What features don't you like?

6. Have you had any upgrade or maintenance issues?

7. Are you satisfied with the way their support?

8. Where there any unexpected costs or surprises?

9. Have you had any difficulty in interfacing with Banweb?
