Attached is our payment agreement that is posted on our website and is
sent to all new students with their initial bill after they have
registered.

It is required that they sign and return the form in order to check in
and attend classes. Once the form is signed it covers their entire
tenure at our college. It discloses their financial responsibility, our
withdrawal policy, interest, late fees, collection fees, etc. Their
signature shows they have been informed and have agreed to the policies.
It also serves as a promissory note should the account ever need to go
to collections, allowing us to charge our collection and legal fees to
the student. We have had little to no resistance instituting this
policy from our students or parents.
