bursar-l: Available Position - The University of Alabama

The University of Alabama is seeking candidates for the position of
Associate Director of Student Receivables for Campus Receipting and
Credit Card Administration. Reporting to the Director of Receivables
and Collections (Bursar), the Associate Director oversees the
University's centralized bank depository and cash receipts system
recording function and the campus-wide credit card operations. This
position interacts with many campus departments in assuring appropriate
compliance. Assists the Director of Receivables and Collections in
accomplishing established goals and undertaking new projects,
contributing significantly to decisions regarding the optimum approach
to attaining departmental objectives.

Required qualifications include an undergraduate degree in a business or
related major. Five years of progressively responsible experience,
including supervisory experience, in a similar operational setting is
also required. Prefer experience in a student receivables (bursar)
function at a public university with over 15,000 students.
