bursar-l: A/R memos - Banner schools

Good afternoon. Our A/R memos are not printing on our invoices. These are manual memos created in TSADETL. We are able to view the memo balance in TSAAREV, but the memos are not printing on the invoices. I'm wondering if this is impacted by the settings in the TSACTRL.
