Iowa State University does report delinquent accounts to all 3 bureaus
for consistency and to encompass all areas of the country. We don't
report the delinquent accounts until they have reached the point of
placement at a second external collection agency.

Subject: bursar-l: Credit Bureau Reporting

I would like to know what other schools do regarding Credit Bureau
reporting.

Do you report delinquent accounts to a Credit Bureau?

If so, to one (which one) or to all three?

Why do you only report to one and why did you select that credit bureau?
Or, why do you submit to more than one?

Thank you,
