Good morning,
We are revisiting our tuition refund policy and I'm interested to know what other schools are doing.
1. Do you base your policy on semester/term start date?
a. Do all of your classes start in the same week each semester/term?
2. Do you base it on class start date?
a. How does this impact your financial aid disbursements?
I'm most curious about the impact of financial aid disbursements with a refund policy that is based on class start date. We are a graduate level professional school and our students rely on Direct Stafford Loans.
