Since our fourth (and final) installment payment for the Spring semester is
due one month after registration opens for the Summer and Fall semesters; we
do permit students to register owing for the current term. If student owes
for any term prior to the current term, then their registration is blocked.

We do drop for non-payment 10 days prior to the first day of class. If at
that time all prior term debt + 25% of the current term's charges are not
paid, then their registration is cancelled.

Subject: bursar-l: Registration policies

I need your help again - I know, what else is new:-) What is your policy
on the following scenario - a student owes for the current term and needs to
register for the next term - do you

1 - allow them to register and drop at a later date if they don't pay - if
you drop is it a week before school starts, at drop add - when?

2 - allow them to register and don't care if they owe you money

3 - allow them to register after making some type of payment arrangements to
pay the past due balance with the Bursar's office with the potential of
dropping them at a later date if they don't follow those arrangements

4 - other

Thank you so much!!!
