bursar-l: Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program

Has anyone offered any scholarships via the Federal Robert Noyce Teacher
Scholarship Program? Or any other federal program where if a student
doesn't satisfy the requirements of the scholarship that the scholarship
then reverts to a loan? If so, could you please let me know how this
has worked for your institution? Have you had any revert to loan? Is
the school responsible for collecting the loan? Any information would
be greatly appreciated!
