We allow our foreign students to use our payment plan and our company
deferment plan. We don't have any restrictions for them.

Folks:

I've been receiving some conflicting information from different sources
and was curious as to policies at your college.

If you have a student attending on a student VISA, does that student
have to pay in full at the beginning of the semester or is it allowable
to offer a payment plan for the tuition? If there is a restriction for
deferred payments, can anyone provide a web link with that information?
Does the provision that states that the student must have sufficient
financial resources to attend mean they have to pay in full up front?
What do you do if they default mid-semester?
